Federal Notes:
- Federal Payroll tax deposits are paid through EFTPS (Electronic Federal Tax Payment System) unless paid with the form
- Monthly Federal/FICA Depositor Form 941 taxes on payroll made during a month by the 15th day of the following month
- Semi-weekly Depositor:
- If wages paid on Wednesday through Friday, taxes due by following Wednesday
- If wages paid on Saturday through Tuesday, taxes due by following Friday
